Social work Department

  • In 2015, a total of 276 families and 408 students were supported by the foundation and used its services.
  • Visiting the homes of clients in order to be aware of them and assess their mental, physical, economic and educational conditions
  • More than 140 cases of medical services in the field of dentistry, medical treatment, drug supply, provision of medical goods, psychiatric services
  • Granting 25 loans from Razavi Fund
  • 10 items of basic goods including heaters, utensils, refrigerators, stoves, irons, air conditioners and fans, carpets and rugs, washing machines, sofas, sewing machines, televisions and heaters were donated to the families.
  • Participating in the conference of appreciation of non-governmental organizations
  • Holding 40 case study sessions with the psychology department to review the visits made
  • Referral of more than 50 clients to the empowerment department

  • Preparing a list of ineffective caregivers and reasons for their ineffectiveness with the help of the empowerment department (64 families under the care of ineffective fathers are supported by the foundation. Their ineffectiveness is due to addiction, incurable disease, disability, imprisonment and crime.)

Psychology Department

  • Holding more than 200 face-to-face counseling sessions and more than 100 telephone counseling sessions
  • Psychological test for 100 mothers
  • Holding more than 20 psychological workshops for clients
  • Preparing toys
  • Holding a few puppet workshop sessions
  • Analyzing the paintings and stories of the summer art therapy workshop and preparing materials for Saleh Foundation’s art therapy booklet

  • Holding two SGS sessions with the participation of colleagues in the Department of Social Work, Public Relations, Finance, Education, Administration and Empowerment
  • Participating in Dr. Mousavi’s meeting at Allameh Tabatabai University on the subject of injuries and delinquency in children

Empowerment Department

  • Implementation of the assessment plan for the families of the foundation (starting the assessment of the families living in the south of Tehran, entering the details of the ESI test information in the Excel file)
  • Registration and participation in Sharif University Social Business Workshop
  • Organizing a meeting and coordination with one of the candidates to hold a sewing class for fancy cushions with the aim of teaching skills and employment
  • Coordination and contact with job centers to assess the situation (face-to-face meetings in late January and February)
  • Coordinating and contacting Technical and Vocational Organization of Tehran Province to hold a meeting regarding the introducing to Vocational schools
  • Communication with active job centers
  • Coordinating with a lawyer to prepare a legal package for clients and holding meetings to review legal cases
  • Contacting a charity to cooperate and announce projects to raise funds
  • Meeting with centers active in the field of empowerment
  • Completing the information of the institutions active in the field of empowerment and contacting them in order to identify the areas of activity and cooperation

  • Meeting with Education and Employment Department of Empowerment Headquarters of Tehran Municipality (exchanging experiences and studying cooperation conditions)
  • Accompanying clients and visiting Mehr Bazaar Hasti
  • Preparation and tracking Eid night clothes for the foundation’s clients
  • Registration of a number of clients in training classes for jobs
  • Specific tracking of  giving empowerment booths to the foundation’s clients
  • Holding meetings for entrepreneurship in the field of food for clients
  • Meeting with the District 3 Municipal Recycling Organization for the employment of the families
  • Execution and testing (approximately 300 people participated in the project) and information was recorded in the system and files.

Education Department

  • Preparing a proposal for the education department
  • Tracking the reasons for academic failure
  • Meeting with training centers
  • Holding Anger Control Workshop (12 Workshops)
  • Receiving and registering nearly 300 resumes on the system
  • Filing result papers and tracking the causes of academic failure or saying congratulations for progress
  • Sending SMS to mothers to send the result paper of the first half of the 2015-2016 academic years
  • Sending SMS to appreciate and thankthe mothers who sent the resume on time.
  • Referral of (20 people) students to Dr. Nekouei Concours Counseling Center for their entrance exam
  • Referral of high school students to participate in Mr. Jebli’s group counseling workshop
  • Contacting with bookstore sales centers to buy remedial books for clients
  • Contacting Dr. Nekouei Institute for the free participation of high school students in the entrance exam conferences
  • Pursuing a commendation to encourage students who have made progress or achieved a very good grade point average.
  • Conducting tests (250 people) and recording the information in the system and files.
  • Participating in the conference of appreciation of Tehran NGOs
  • Running assessment plans for 27 families (starting measuring the families living conditions in the south of Tehran, entering the details of intelligence and talent assessment information in Excel file)
  • Coordinating and preparing pencil and paper test and eliminating COPER quasi-test
  • Coordinating with Mr. Jebli, the representative of the institute in Qalam Chi, and sending a letter of request for a group counseling session for the students who will be taking entrance exam. They need a video projector to hold the class, the cost of renting it and the projector is 70,000 Tomans.
  • Tracking the language class status of Qala Hassan students and the reason for the drop in language scores

Public Relations Department

  • Payment of the celebration fee at the beginning of the academic year called Mehr Foundation, purchase of stationery and purchase of Mehr celebration for the clients in the amount of 77,200,000 Tomans
