In this regard, the respected benefactor with the cooperation of Barin Shemiranat Charity Foundation,held the groundbreaking ceremony for the costruction of a 2-class school with the number of 26 students with the presence of a group of benefactors , provincial officials, village residents, and the Barin representatives in May 1401, in the village of Mirabad, Silvana plain, West Azarbaijan province.
